Can you begin by sharing your work experiences with us?
I am the Managing Director of Criterion Asia where I manage the full operations of the company. I have been working in the HR field in Europe and Thailand for more than 15 years both in Human Resource for large conglomerates in the banking and in the heavy industry, and in Recruitment Agency. Thank to this experience, I have a good understanding of what our clients want, having been in their shoes and I understand the quality that we should put in our work.   

What makes you stay with Criterion Asia? 
Simply because I love my job as Managing Director of the company and the working environment here. As MD, I am feeling trusted by the Board of Directors to make the best business decisions and deliver the best results to Criterion. Criterion has a very unique culture in the recruitment industry. Unlike many agencies, we have very less competition within the team, and we are not a highly KPI driven agency (we focus on the end result) In addition, the fact that Criterion only hires Senior Recruitment Consultants and focus on quality more than quantity really attracted me.

How do you feel about working with Criterion Asia?
It’s great! I love the people here! We have a collaborative team! On top of that, I can manage my time the way I want. As a father, I can still perform my job while seeing my kids growing up which is important for me.
