Matthew Zavadil

A 25-year veteran of the IT Consulting industry, Matt Zavadil spent his entire career with Accenture. His final role as CEO of IT One Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Accenture & SCG, brought Matt to Thailand where he has built an impressive network of IT industry C-levels and beyond. He joined Criterion two years ago to lead our IT & Digital practice.

Matt also has extensive experience in the Food & Beverage, FMCG, Industrial & Heavy Equipment, Consumer Packaged Goods, Automotive, Retail, and Chemicals industries, having worked on multiple projects while he was at Accenture for companies operating in these segments.

He is an expert on large-scale program/project management, business process design, organizational design & change management, systems implementation, primarily in SAP landscapes.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla
