Meet Ms. Tanyapat Thongthipaya (Khun Dear), General Manager at Criterion Asia Recruitment. We had the chance to interview with her to get a better idea of the company culture at Criterion Asia, and share what it’s like working here.
Give us a brief background about your work experience and responsibility?
I am the General Manager and Business Partner at Criterion Asia Recruitment where I assist Managing Director for every aspect of the business operations including Finance, Accounting, Marketing, HR, and supplier management. Including, support and improve business performance and advising MD on strategic decisions.
Before start working at Criterion, I have been working for more than 10 years in various functions including project management, marketing and business development and work closely with top management level which I’ve involved in decision making, problem solving, negotiation and multitasking skills. With my previous experiences, it has allowed me to build my business perspective overview and understanding about the business which supporting my work at Criterion.
Why you decide to join with Criterion Asia?
The vision of the Board of Directors is one of the key factors that I decided to join Criterion Asia Recruitment.
