K. Tanyapat (Dear) joined Criterion in October 2019 as Office Manager. After months of achievements in her role, Dear has been promoted in June 2020 as Business Improvement Manager where she is responsible for supporting and improving business at Criterion Asia Recruitment. On top of responsibilities, Dear also leads the Digital Marketing Department of Criterion. Currently, she was promoted to General Manager.
