Trade Plan Marketing Manager (Retail Business)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement trade marketing plans that align with company goals for the retail business
• Collaborate with buyer and marketing teams to identify trade opportunities and develop trade promotion plans for retail business
• Manage and analyze trade promotions, ensuring they are effective and aligned with company goals
• Analyze market trends and competitive activities to develop trade plans that increase sales and profitability for retail business
• Work with the merchandising team to ensure the availability of products for trade promotions in retail stores
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure trade plans are executed on time and within budget
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade plans, making adjustments as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners and customers in the retail business
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of trade marketing efforts for retail business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing
• Experience in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with trade promotion management software is a plus
