Job Title: HR & Recruitment Manager

Location: Sukhumvit

Job Summary: We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Recruitment Manager to lead our HR department and oversee the recruitment and onboarding of talented individuals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can develop and execute HR initiatives that align with our company goals and values, as well as possess strong leadership skills to manage a team of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s goals and objectives
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Work closely with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for new positions
• Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and select candidates to fill open positions
• Design and deliver employee training and development programs to enhance staff performance and productivity
• Oversee the employee performance management process and work with managers to provide feedback and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed
• Develop and manage the HR budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of HR and recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working in hotel or hospitality is a plus.
